* Quantity take-offs (QTO) from structural and architectural drawings.
* Prepared bar bending schedules (BBS), reinforcement cutting lists, cost estimates, material requests, bills of quantities (BOQ) and other construction materials.
* Estimated quantities for concrete, reinforcing steel and framework, and verified quantities against approved drawings and specifications.
* Assisted in project billing, progress monitoring, and quantity reporting site measurements.
